Costa Rica Romelia is a single origin coffee from high in the mountains of Costa Rica. We love this coffee because of the incredibly smooth flavor, well balanced body, and pleasant finish – one of our favorite “Morning” coffees … or anytime for that matter.

Cup Characteristics: medium body, light to medium acidity, sweet, a hint of dark chocolate, balanced and smooth. We roast Romelia to a Medium Dark level, keeping true to the desire for an incredibly smooth flavor.
